"Doing the Right Thing" and our Irrigation Master

We have a motto here at Retail Construction Services, Inc. that encapsulates and expresses the guiding principle of this company and of its people - "Do the Right Thing".  Everything we do circles back to this motto.  It is more than a summary of our motivation and intent, it is who we are and everything that we do individually and as a company.

Today was irrigation day, and Steve Bachman, our founder, CEO and Irrigation Master spent a very warm day out in the garden connecting the irrigation system that he has been tweaking since 2009.  This year he extended it to our new raised strawberry beds and the new pumpkin patch.

It’s easy to get inspired with a core belief that is truly cared about - that is demonstrated – and has a direct impact on the community.  Steve's support since we started this garden journey is the foundation of its success.  Having our Irrigation Master in the garden speaks volumes on "Do the Right Thing".  It is a demonstration of how that motto is more than just four words.

Thank you Steve!
