THE GARDEN STORY
There is much hunger in the world, and a thought began to grow that we at RCS could make a difference at our corporate office here in Lake Elmo, MN. This passionate gardener knew our employees would be willing to help the community's neediest residents if only they had the means. In this case, that meant a garden. CLICK HERE FOR FULL STORY.

What Our Garden Reveals
Our giving garden reveals the abilities of this company and its people. It also shows how complicated life and business can be; always in transition and constantly changing. Gardening attunes us to life’s struggles for renewal, richness and balance. Gardening every day and through the seasons keeps us in touch with the cycle of life or the cycle of business - we can see plants each day through our seasons that are thriving, dying, seeding, fruiting, healthy and battling with disease. So is true in our own lives and in business.
Self affirmation, community spirit, digging, contemplation, simplifying---these are the qualities that foster a flourishing, fruitful garden and a flourishing business. As we work together within our company to create the right conditions in the soil, the heart of a company; growth will follow and the harvest will be plentiful. It’s not only the fruition of its produce to share, but the fruition of a community and a company coming together, one seed at a time.
